Refund policy

Purple Distinctions takes the satisfaction of its clients very seriously and is willing to repeat a service or provide a refund provided that you notify us via email before the webinar/seminar/workshop/retreat (heretofore known as services). Our cancellation and refund policy is subject to the following factors:

1. All payments are non-refundable for people who do not show up for the services.
   
   
2. Requests for cancellation and refunds must be made via email. Requests should contain the following information: Name, address, phone number, and service date.
   
   
3. For online services, the refund must be requested up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled online service. Money paid will be refunded less a $50 service fee. No money will be refunded within seven (7) days of the service.
   
   
4. For writing retreats and cruises, the refund must be requested up to three (3) weeks prior to the arrival date of a retreat or cruise service. Money paid for the service will be refunded less a $50 service fee. No money will be refunded within twenty-one (21) days of the service.
   
   
5. Reservations, cancellations and refunds made to the retreat facility or cruise company is the responsibility of that company and is not connected with money paid to Purple Distinctions.
   
   
6. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the retreat or cruise start date no refunds will be made. However, you may reschedule your reservation to one of our future events, and your payment will be transferred to the new retreat date.
   
   
7. Your reservation is transferable if you find your own replacement. Payment arrangements must be made between you and your replacement for reservations already paid. The original registrant is responsible for payment in full.

Travel Accommodations Policy

If you are attending a three-day retreat or one of our cruise retreat trips, you MUST make your hotel and travel accommodations separately. Purple Distinctions is not in the travel agency business and does not make nor pay for the accommodations. Please be sure to schedule your trip with enough time to arrive on time and to stay until the end. If you made reservations but must cancel the service, you solely are responsible for obtaining refunds, cancelling hotel reservations, and other accommodations. Purple Distinctions and Ronni Sanlo Consulting are not involved nor responsible in any way for your travel to or from retreat or cruise services. We highly suggest that you obtain travel insurance from any reputable carrier.

Release from Liability

Purple Distinctions is not responsible for accidents, health, or loss arising and resulting from any service provided in any location worldwide.

Agreement

Your paid registration for any of the services signifies your approval of these policies.
